Duties and taxes

Depending on the rules in force in each country, customs duties, taxes and related costs may apply to the products ordered. Their payment is the responsibility of the final recipient and excludes the total amount of the order invoiced and paid. If the final recipient refuses to fulfill their local legal obligations, no refund of the order can be granted. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Important information for EU countries

As of July 1, 2021, all international shipments (from outside the EU) to one of the EU member states are subject to VAT without a minimum amount as well as to applicable customs duties according to local regulations.
