Article 6 – RETURN

6.1 Generalities

The Customer disposes of 14 days from the reception of the merchandise to return it at his/her own expense. The products have to be returned in the original packaging, with their tags and their eventual accessories, in a perfect state and not having undergone any deterioration wether visible or invisible.

The returned products have to be intact, in perfect re-sale condition, in their original packaging. They are not to have been worn or used, or have undergone any deterioration and have to be perfectly clean. Article 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Exerting the legal right of withdrawal in South Korea

According to South Korean regulations (Article 17 of South Korean Law on the Protection of Consumers during electronic transactions / Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, ETC), the non-professional Customers dispose of the right of withdrawal that they can exert without having to provide a motive, in a delay of seven days (7) days, starting with the reception of the products. However, this right of withdrawal is not applicable in the following instances:

The risks and return fees are the complete responsibility of the Customer.
